EXERCISE: Before/After Questionnaire
PURPOSE: To help stimulate personal reflection about themes that will emerge in IIE and give delegates a ‘before’ frame of reference to show how their thinking has shifted ‘after’ IIE and ‘later’.
⋅ Have the Questionnaires on the desks when people arrive and allow a few minutes for them to complete it.
⋅ It can be put away and ‘forgotten’ until after Phase 1.

⋅ PURPOSE: To illustrate many IIE themes as per the Experiential Learning Cycle (ELC)
