Founded in 1971, in Seattle, Washington, our clients span the globe, working in over 60 countries with products and services that have been translated into 23 languages.

To provide optimum support throughout the world, we have offices on six continents, each prepared to provide localized applications. Every office is staffed with experienced professionals, educated in the art and science of culture transformation.

OUR FOUNDERS

Our founders Lou Tice (1935-2012) and his wife Diane officially established The Pacific Institute as “a corporation dedicated to human fulfillment” in 1971, and their work still lives on to this day.
